It's a Lala Type company, 1 employee is working as executive and as head as well as per the requirement of owner. Designation is only for name else all employees are equal, Overall pathetic environment to work there They keep holding salary, and if any one resigned them they blackmail employees by not giving him releasing letter and take his signature that all his dues is cleared. So never suggest any one to join any group company of ATD group...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
