Work life Balance is very bad the senior force you to work daily extra hours. If you don't work after working hours. Normally the working hours is 9 to 5:30 but in the month of March management has changed the working hours 9 to 8 mandatory for all . Which affects the physical and mental health of employees. Now they are doing some changes in Hr policies also. Which are not in the favour of employees. Alternate Saturday is off but they call sometimes and it will not compensate or pay....Read More

The company is good in terms of acquiring big clientele and projects. It is fun working under passionate team leaders and seniors. The work culture of the company depends upon the project submissions and timeline. I like the company timings (9-5.30). It gives me time for my personal activities. The main HR team of the company operates from Chennai. This makes it difficult for me to contact HR for any queries and the team is not very prompt while replying. Also, the team is not very transparent while communication. For eg. the HR was not transparent and conveyed misguided communication while offering salary proposal while joining the company. Also, there was no proper communication/introduction of the company policies, submission of timesheet, HR protals, website logins (required for salary slip and other data). This needs to be done by HR. But I had to ask everything to my collegues. No proper introduction was done of the HR team. I do not know the names of HR team/IT team operating from Chennai. Thus, making it difficult to contact for any queries. About company infrastructure- I would have liked if there was a cafeteria in the office. All employees sit on their respective working desks for lunch leading to less interactive communications between each other and being un-social....Read More

My work involves designing and cordinating with client. The projects revolves around designing proper infrastructure of Multi-modal Integration of Mumbai Metro lines and involves site visits within the city. This work gives me a great learning

Poor HR & Top management decisions have made this excellent company into a Training Centre & Manpower providing firm for MNCs. No transparency in appraisal. Below market level salary structure for middle level engineers.

Poor Salary structure which is way below the market rates, hard work not rewarded proportionately. After the acquisition, employees were never paid their outstanding dues ( several Lakhs of rupees for some employees).
