Likes

Direct interaction with some of the top management. Some bosses allow for disagreements and are willing to discuss possibilities and problems.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Lack of transparency and uncertainty in the job roles. Usually get hired for something and then forced to work on something else. There’s no benefits at all with salary and the salary is not entirely competitive. There’s a lot of internal dynamics and politics.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
