Likes

Good for learning and knowledge improvement. Best for motion and servo system knowledge. Will get more experience of on sites traveling.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

You get in to biased managers view on task. No mental satisfaction of work. Employee don't know long term senior member failed to adequately communicate.
