Likes

Company has invested in infrastructure and have the capabilities to face any challenges from the competitors. I was lucky to be an instrument for commissioning plant with world class facilities.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Badly lacking in foresightedness. Technical staff is in short which compelled me to work for 20 hours sometimes. No adequate trading program for the fresher's resulting into seniors like me have to guide them in that.

Work Details

I enjoyed my stay with them. As I got the world class facilities installed and commissioned . During my work of 36 years whatever difficulties were faced, those all have been duly taken care in this facility.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
