Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Likes

Good facilities, no work, people do mostly time pass and gossip. Chill out environment. If you are unmarried, lot of eligible bachelors find their match here.

Dislikes

It is not innovation center as no invention or research happens, all they do is manipulation of test results, projects are killed with no reason, only favourite people who are boot and -- lickers will get promotions, HR is non existent, centre director is like dictator with no IQ. Very strict rule for punch in and out but what you do inside is of no concern

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
