Everything.... Management pathetic, i would say beyond pathetic even more worst... only politics and politics. George Adade is the BOSS and he is always telling to employees that ask them to leave. Management treat employees like a labur even laburs treats well. Everyday their policy get change and then say we follow our policy.....I will give you an example how bad they are, there is a lady who was pregnant and she took a chair from conference room because that chair was very comfortable and suitable for that lady but management said policy is same for everyone, no one can use conference chair and then they give saturday fixed off to one single employee (5.5 day working). Hahahahaha.... Now you must have an idea now, management is hitler and fired employee so frequently. Rajni, Khushal, Dinesh Kaushik, Ritu Aggarwal, George Adade, Aqua Adade, Daniel etc.. these are in the management and do dadagiri on employees. HR ask new employee to post review on glassdoor and HR provide credential for the post. Now you can have an idea... Best of luck if you go for Asergis....Read More
