There is nothing to like about in this organization

Dislikes

You might be asked to complete a project within an unrealistic deadline of one week. The company expects overtime work without compensation or compensatory time off. The employer prioritizes clients over employees, often allowing clients to call you after office hours to discuss projects. The work environment is stressful, with unnecessary pressure placed on employees. The employer exhibits egoistic behavior, considering himself the only smart one while treating others poorly. He frequently shouts and refuses to listen to or consider any suggestions from employees. The organization lacks the structure and professionalism of a proper company, resembling more of a shop. Job security is virtually non-existent, especially for those with higher salaries, who are more likely to be targeted or dismissed. Employees are required to submit their original mark sheets, and if someone wants to leave during the probation period, the mark sheets are withheld. The employer changes company policies without prior notice, and these changes are hidden on the company portal, making it difficult to log in without agreeing to them. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
