Good work environment for freshers. Huge cafeteria. All departments are workholic. If you have any doubt or questions go to any person and he will give you a better solution.

Dislikes

Company policies are fair. Full of politics. You can't leave this organisation if you want to go for their competitors. No career growth.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I stuggled a bit in the beginning as there no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

At Art India no-one find talent as per capacity and really some staff / workers are handle multiple tasks but management will not take action at that time for grew up them with good salary and some old staff are working as a government office..

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
