I joined Artech as a fresher, they offered me a very low package. Since the job offers we scarce during the pandemic, i accepted thier offer, after joining I was not given a proper training on the company tools or even the role I will be taking on behalf of them with Capgemini. They don't pay you in time, after you quit their organisation you'll have to wait for three months for final settlement.

Dislikes

The HR team is always busy, they don't attend calls, respond to mails. They don't pay you in time, they will ask you to oblige to whatever their clients ask us to do. They don't pay according to the work you do.

I was a data entry operator, I was working for Capgemini on behalf of Artech. I managed an entire team even tough I was a fresher, I was a quick learner, They don't show any appreciation to the work you do.

The most toxic company woth no work life balance at all, they ask you to work overtime amd on weekends without paying anything extra. They are unprofessionals, every manager is toxic . They keep you and throw you out on their terms and dont even give you your money.

Campus is good because it is in Candor tech space that's is the only good thing about this.

Everything: the work culture is very bad. Targets are unattainable. Males employees suffer alot through the management. Female employees usually suffer inequality. No work ethics, managers have no manners , they even abuse openly. Freshers are overworked, discouraged used and thrown like trash. It is night shift . Every other department is alright just do not go as a recruiter!!

Salary on time, 5 days working, employee engagement activities, HR and IT policies are good.

Dislikes

Internal politics at senior level and sometime seniors not listen. There is culture of favor or non favorite employee of seniors. Not much appreciation by seniors if you are not favorite one. But, overall it is a good company where you can spend 10-15 years. If top management see at ground level and understand their problem then it will be great help to management.
