1)JCB take Diploma holder for 4 year in Trainee role ( 1 year as Diploma Apprentice Trainee under NATS scheme and then 3 year as NEEM trainee {National Employment Enhance Mission Scheme} in the behalf of Teamlease ). 2) HR Pearson of JCB India limited Ballabgarh Not Submit the Record of performance (ROP)- Quarterly basis of Diploma Apprentice Trainee in NATS Portal due to this the Apprentice Trainee can not get their Apprentice Certificate and Marksheet from NATS. 3) The salary increments of Diploma trainee are in every 3 years of cycle periods. 4) Diploma trainees not get company logo dress (You will get light blue shirt which written trainee and naval blue trouser/pant which you feel awkward and feel like discrimination/partiality. 5) No festival bonus /lumpsum amount of training compilation. 6)No PF, ESI, Health Insurance. 7)No On-roll policy of JCB Company for Diploma trainees after 4 years of compilation....Read More

Tendency of senior leaders to push accountability down to the low level employees 7. Even if you have completed your tasks for the day by closing time, you are expected to sit late at the office as long as your bosses are there 8. Canteen and pantry facilities and the salary they offered. Very supportive manager (Verghese Thomas) NPP.

Dislikes

NPP department is worst. AGM Manish Satpute is toxic and abusive. Very agressive and get angry very quickly. He sit right above your head to boss you. Many people leave that department because of him even one colleague become alcoholic because of the stress he gave him. He openly abuse loudly even for his boss Mr. Avtar singh (GM) But behind his back. Very poor onboarding process for new joinees.
