Private company, so organisational leadership is not very strong in terms of talent! they were in fact a good company till a few years back. but then when world changed with advancement in Technology , someone should have guided the organization long back to keep pace with the changing world, which did not happened. Leadership team just does not know what they are doing! As a result, now salaries , promotions has all been affected , which was pretty good , till two years back. It will take some years to get in on the right track, if at all the tricks on change in strategies, that the Higher management has now started with , works out for the company....Read More

Worst Experience i had during my tenure there. Work culture is good but management is taking worst decision every time with taking concer of employees.

I have been engaged over 5year with this organization in the name of increments only provide some token percentage. The assigned me a manager role in verbal but not promoted even after multiple request. Some how i have putted myself to given 100% for complete all task whatever assigned to me and continuous performer over last few year. Although they suddenly decide to close the operation and asked for resignation. Same thing happened got layoff. Qs is that not even think about the employee who have served since long and what they will do in future. Really horrible......Read More

Work life balance is good. Management is not inclined to demonstrate micro management state of mind so far. Very good transportation services provided to employees. Managers let employees to let their ideas put forward to enhance processes. Hybrid work model is still provided to employees. Diversity can be observed throughout the organisation.

Can entitle the leaves whenever required and all Indian festivals holidays can be availed. We can apply for internal job postings irrespective of the teams. Can engage with different teams to enhance our knowledge.

Now a days there is no proper work life balance and more concentrated on cost cutting. Employer expected to work for more hours irrespective of the close. There is a no employee engagement concept and always concerned about the cost it self. If any of the colleagues leave the team no back filling is going to happen, burden has to be bear within a team itself.
