I joined here as a senior sales officer and had work exp of more than 10 years of banking industry. I was Regional Head in banking industry and the culture I got here was terrible. Management is not good. Higher authority doesn't listen to new people who joined the company. ASM pawan singh kuntal is immature person. He is having bad review in market as well as ex employees who worked with him. Company should not do promotion without knowing the skills of person else location will go down and employees won't retain.

1-Worst HR team. 2- Un-realistic expectations from sales team. 3- top leadership is very bad (un educated) no one is from good management schools. 4- Huge strategy failure in terms of business, employees and new projects 5- this year the management is also planning to cut the cost, so employee benefits and increment is also not happening. 6- ASM, ZSM and RSM are very rude, they have no sense to talk as well, no one (literally) no one in this organisation have any sense on how to talk with their subordinates.
