Company brand is much popular , but management need to work on employees Work life balance also on increments

The managers, teammates & CFT teams are supportive. No issue with respect to work, or knowledge gain.

HR policies are not employee friendly, excessive work time (8:00-5:30), no work-life balance, Higher daily travel time, Transportation issues, and old buses are provided for transportation. The new leave policy is not employee-friendly. Management doesn't trust employees. Whenever management wants to reduce costs they first cut down on employees benefits. No budget for team building or employee welfare. Canteen food is of average quality (in Ballabgarh plant food is delicious with variety but in Pune serving low-quality food). The promotions are rare, with less annual compensation increments. No market corrections are given. in some cases, newly joined employees have more salary than their managers who have been working for a long time. The campus is like a jail, once you enter you have limited access to go outside campus. Initial training and treatment is good but it ends there! Work life balance, work environment and mental health go down the drain from then on.

The HR department is the WORST. World's most stringent organisation. Staff retention is something that HRs from here don't care about. Staff's personal or family issues are not even heard of, taking into consideration is far away from the picture. INHUMANE response to any requests. Any work profile or location considerations are NOTDONE. They won't even ask you before allocating to any profile even if it's 180° away from your education background. And location too.
