Low Salary structure and growth and there is no advance tools and software where we can learn better, most of things happening on manual basis.

Managers are not supportive, and no career growth, HR team never raise any policy for employee benefits.

I have been completed more than 4 years here, office culture is extremely good in Artech, and job security also good for all supporting department.

Only low Salary structure and low percentage of appresial. And politics and grouping between officemates.

Artech is a great staffing company all over world which hires so many skilled employees who perform the jobs and provide the great output. The culture is very good, we have a lot to learn new things and infact its been more than 1 year and I am still gaining new things and how to tackle criitcal situations and I can see my growth here.

Dislikes

There are only 2,3 things I would like it to modify in this company that if the load is too high manager must hire new resource in the team so to balance the work load and team can performs the work efficiently without any delay. Second thing is if we have a lot of work in team and if we are working on weekends or streching our time 1,2 hours in order to complete the work, the our management must provide some benefits in monitory terms like OT, or any comp off or may be some perks or recognisation or reward which will maintain a competition spirit towards the employees....Read More
