Nothing to like in this consulting company.

Dislikes

They send me to the client IBM and then no HR or office member from Artech will pick or respond your calls in case of any issue. They just use you till they get money from client. Incase of any issue they will simply fire you immediately and you have to go multiple times to their office to collect your service certificate.My experience was very very bad with Artech.

Company environment is very co-operative, familiar. Jk sir is very good. He always cared me as a big brother. He have all qualities related his field. I also miss Jyoti Gambhir ( Admin Assistant Manager ). I miss a lot everyone. Overall This company is really very good for women.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
