There haven't any good side.

Dislikes

You got promotion but your salary won't increase, there haven't any fix date for salary, you will get it when you ping you owner otherwise you have to forget salary, you have to travel pan India, if you take any sick leave your salary will be deducted, you can't take any type of leave if you take your salary will be deducted.
