When I was working in that company it was like getting more information about work, And discussing with the team leader. Getting more confidence to improve my work and skills for my future.

Not a good environment and good culture. The managers are not so supportive. Food was not provided in this company. And the security for girls is too bad even they don't provide cab facility for girls. They don't give bonus or incentives properly.

They don't provide any better facilities to the employee's. Career growth is slow.

I love the atmosphere here friendly colleagues,they provide basic training which is relevant to the candidate and more skills.We can gain more com skills compare to the other,We have Brotherhood Boss more friendly with every employee unity of work,sharing of work last but not least integration of employee.

As of now I don't have any dislikes because i'm a fresher to the job.

Work Details

Generally my work is to make calls to the Consultants who are in US and followup them by day to day calling about a job opportunity what they are seeking for.I used to call around 20 to 30 calls per day. Motivating the consultants is a big task to me.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
