Salary will be credited on 7th of every month and that has never been delayed or missed out.

Dislikes

No creative environment, No proper training period, on hierarchy or inter department communication, no job dignity, unrealistic expectations, bad mentorship, lacks inputs from industry experts, no growth or learning, the whole work place runs like a family business.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
