I like the discipline manners ethics etiquette professionalism. If anybody wants to grow in professional life then this is best firm. For those who want to dedicate themselves to the architecture world and then be real in this firm, there is a lot of scope.

The pay scale is less anyway get a salary on time and increment.

Salary happens on the 1st of every month without any delay. There's quite a good amount of residential projects that the company has.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Strict entry timings at office, but exit timings are late everyday. Even on Saturday which is mentioned as half day, you get to leave like full day timings.

Work culture is pathetic. No work-life balance. Your sincerity is gaged on how much overtime you do in office. It is just a drafting job, nothing else. No empathy towards employees. Office environment is very strict and toxic.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
