Likes

Only the food and basic salary compensation for freshers.

Dislikes

Everything apart from the above 2 factors. The local Indian management is terrible- leads, managers and the head himself is pathetic. They know nothing about professionalism and mould things as per convenience - incentive structure, promotions, shift timings, etc. The leadership in India lacks basic professional etiquette.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
