It's not a company. It's illegal private/personal sales work going in the basement of a society. It's not like a office .

Dislikes

Bad behaviour. No working environment and culture. Lies about all the office infrastructure. In fact, they call people in CCD for interviews. They are cheaters

Sales engineer Lead Generation calls Emailing presentation make quotation, playback analysis and also site visit as a field work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
