Very late salary , Management is worst, salary credited on 18-20th date of every month, also no free holidays. Micromanagement , even they don't pay salary for many months , only desperately needed person works here . they do R&D but don't know what current tech is in trend , no seniors have basic knowledge of IT .

Dislikes

Very less salary and when you try to switch company , they blackmail for ruining our future by telling a lie on other company's verification call and I also they did lied to my colleague's verification call ... they took resignation personally .

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
