Job Description
We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team in Bangalore, India
This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX principles and a passion for creating impactful user experiences
As a Product Designer at Goldcast, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, user-centric designs that enhance our products usability and appeal
This role embraces the "+1 Designer" mindset excelling in core product design while leveraging an adjacent skill (e g , UX writing, motion design, interaction design, or accessibility)

As a Product Designer at Goldcast, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, user-centric designs that enhance our products usability and appeal
This role embraces the "+1 Designer" mindset excelling in core product design while leveraging an adjacent skill (e g , UX writing, motion design, interaction design, or accessibility)
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid or In-office)
What you will do - Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive product designs
- Participate in the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
- Assist in maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand and user experience goals
- Support usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs
- 3-5 years of experience in product design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing UI designs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving approach, and final deliverables
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Interest in emerging AI tools and their applications in design workflows
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
- Creativity and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
