1. I have been working in this company for the last two years. I joined as a fresher, and both the work and the work culture were completely new for me. Coming from another state, I found that this company supported me at every step. There are many experienced people here and I had the opportunity to learn from them how to handle various situations and deal with issues effectively. 2. My confidence has been increasing day by day because I know that when i encounter a problem, there is always someone available to help me resolve it. In this company, you are encouraged to take initiative and work independently. While there is a significant workload, working alongside such experienced colleagues as a fresher makes it worthwhile. 3. In Aprecomm, you have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, whether they relate to your core responsibilities or not. They often shuffle you between different projects, which enhances your ability to handle any situation that may arise. 4. In my opinion, there are no cons to working here. Just like the moon has its imperfections but still shines brightly in the dark, this company has its challenges, but they only contribute to the overall positive experience
