- TOXIC management with traditional etiquette and rules. - Casual VERBAL ABUSE and derogatory speech towards employees. - Poor project management, create too many DEPENDENCIES. - Drastically UNDERPAYING when compared to the salary standards of the current market and location. - LACK OF BOUNDARIES, Would be asked to take your laptop with you even during family emergencies. - NO OVERTIME PAY, and will be asked to volunteer your personal time as a part of your duties as a good employee. - CONFUSING MANAGEMENT, as you will be reporting to one person in the company and a person from another company EIM Solutions. - LONGER WORKING HOURS, 10 am to 7 pm. - NO HR DEPARTMENT to take your concerns and issues. - Employment BOND / CONTRACT. - NO SOCIAL culture or interaction, as you will rarely be communicating with another employee....Read More
