My teammates are very sportable.training is good but career growth is slow. salary are not good.

Skill development - Good

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 10 to 12 hours straight in a day.

My work is slightly challenge in as I have to look after maintenance and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
