I recently had the unfortunate experience of being an employee at App Innovation Technologies and I must say it was one of the most disheartening periods of my career. Here are a few reasons why I would not recommend working at this organization: 1. Lack of Communication. 2. Poor Management : Anil Kumar, Managing Director treat employees like dogs. 3. Unsupportive Environment: The work environment was unsupportive and demotivating. 4. No Work-Life Balance: The organization had unrealistic expectations when it came to work hours and workload. There was a constant pressure to work overtime without compensation, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction among the team.
