I have worked here for 9 months and according to that I want to share my experience, this is a company where we can learn something new. All are very supportive in this company, honestly I can say here, In this company everyone takes care of health more than the job. This company also provides AWS Certification in free of cost. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
