Dislikes

Management couldn't take action against a Team Lead who is not fit for that position. Multiple times esclated to management team, no action taken. It would be great if management team could help people to resolve their issues. Job security at Technosoft is good, but some supervisor doesn't allow people to stay. If that changes, great place to work

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
