This is a fraud company I work here around 1month 20 days but I did get salary . They always promise that salary is credit tomorrow, next day, etc. But they do not gave. There is no leave . They want to work 13-14 hrs a day there is no leave on Sunday and any types of festival. This com pany has one moto that staff work with there passion with extra time without asking his/ her salary....Read More

This is not a company for any kind of innocent people. They are lier. I worked here . I fixed his hundreds of computers and there networking connection but they do not give my salary. Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
