1. Tremendous work pressure because of less staff, 2. Unskilled and uncivilised office culture. 3. Management uses unparliamentary words for their employees 4. Management do not trust their employees 5. No joining letter/relieving letter or experience letter will be provided 6. Employee will never get the last month salary 7. Employee will be responsible for losses in the company.
