Likes

The company is open to give innovation of Digital mode of payment system to customers and clients. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, quality products and has a Government client base. As a result, i traveled to Mumbai to meet international client called IOCL.

Dislikes

Everything is ok, but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Some times i have to work 14 to 16 hours straight in a day. Manager do not value an individual; unique strengths. Correct planning is not there for work. Gave more tasks at one time and called most of the times as this can't finished work in time.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
