An operator or an office worker who works in this company has no value in the Anshteich.

Dislikes

Here the MD of the company has no experience about the system and he doesn't care about anything. He can harass an employee or worker for no reason because he has no knowledge of the system and he doesn't care about anything. Because it's not a company, it's a shop.

-Director Nilesh Phulpagar is disgusting person. -No standard protocol and bench marks for company, -No professional rules and regulation are followed as per company act. -Pathetic experience, -No job security, can fire any employee for any silly reasons, late salary upto 2 month, -It is Aluminium formwork manufacturing company, -Castism and favouritism has been observed at several time in organisation. -Total wastage of time to work here, -Special tip : Candidate with new career joiner should never join this company at any cost, its better to invest in new job search instead.
