India big default company and poor company, company don't have money to pay salary to employees. Firstly company hire the person after joining the company reduce the salary maximum of employees. Within a month. Secondly this is a single company who joined employee every month because of employees not retain due to director every time abusing to all employees all time. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
