Currently I am working at Noida location, got good hike from my previous organization around 40-50%. Even though being a SMC, I have learnt how to handle the team & project. I have learnt many concepts from my Indore counterparts which have helped me a lot in improving my quality.

"I'm really fed up with the blatant partiality in the company. They only increase salaries for those who threaten to leave, but it’s mostly for their favorites. They barely give raises, and when they do, it's a joke. There's no direct client interaction, and it feels like the management has no clue how to protect the company or secure user data.
