Loved to say that company is growing and implementing lots of changes to improve. Sometimes, it's a bit hard to keep up with all the updates and changes. But still, company is progressing in fast paced, and it's really impressive to see how well the company is doing.

Sometimes, have to deal with uncertain challenges, and have to work under pressure to get it delivered on priority. But, can say for sure, such experiences can transform you to be better.

"I'm really fed up with the blatant partiality in the company. They only increase salaries for those who threaten to leave, but it’s mostly for their favorites. They barely give raises, and when they do, it's a joke. There's no direct client interaction, and it feels like the management has no clue how to protect the company or secure user data. The budget is always tight, and if someone with a higher salary joins, they just turn them away, saying they can’t afford it. It’s frustrating to see how poorly things are managed."...Read More

My personal experience says work-life balance is valued superiors are available to help and the team is knowledgeable and skillful. I have not seen people complaining about small things so you can be at peace here.
