The management is friendly and approachable, and the company culture is positive and inclusive. Plus, the location is convenient, which makes everything a bit easier."

"I'm really fed up with the blatant partiality in the company. They only increase salaries for those who threaten to leave, but it’s mostly for their favorites. They barely give raises, and when they do, it's a joke. There's no direct client interaction, and it feels like the management has no clue how to protect the company or secure user data. The budget is always tight, and if someone with a higher salary joins, they just turn them away, saying they can’t afford it. It’s frustrating to see how poorly things are managed."...Read More
