Likes

There is a lot of chance of learning new things, good job security, good career growth, wok environment is good, friendly and cooperartive teammates.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

There is no proper work-life balance, not much time for family, poor salary growth.

Work Details

I worked as civil site engineer in construction of PSC girder bridge. My duties were quantity surveying, site supervision, analyzing drawings and proceeding construction accordingly, billing, preparing progress and completion reports.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
