The company is work with good technology and update time to time. I like to fact that i am a part of a team, high quality products.

Dislikes

I the market compensation is very high but growth is slow. The work pressure is getting high sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day because of attend client calls or fraud calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

Very mean people, Don't give salary on time , No incentives just to cover their budget will keep fake incentive structure. And the VP and top mangers are involved in all this politics.

Chandivali Symphony IT Park's Athena BPO branch is the worst. The management, including the manager and TL, are TOXIC un supportive,liars and have a cheap mindset. The company has cheap bosses.

At the time of interview they will show you all positive thing after that training they will use abuse language also he will not provide salary on time and he also not provide salary when you live the company SO I REQUEST YOU ALL DON'T GO THERE FOR JOB

This company is not good all of you don't go there for job he has just making fool the employe not provide any facility only use abuse language on a floor including operation manager on tata capital processes

I have worked in Athena for 2 years but that is also very difficult because the culture here is very useless, they reduce the working hours by 12 hours and call in sick and also reduce the Sundays and if someone makes you leave then The salary is put on hold and if you absent for three to four days due to any circumstances then he absconds and the salary is not even given.

-Fraud -No Transparency -Nothing documented -No one is supporting -Leave policy is worst, No carry forward -Nothing is process oriented -Even One level down from the LALA type company. I would not recommend this company to anyone your career will be destroyed.
