The timings which they said was from 10:00 to 6:30 but they used to leave us at 7:30 and sometimes 8 so this is the thing they should improve and second thing is the incentives they used to give after many months

Working in Athena was a good experience in starting i had to deal with the irritated customers but with the help of the training i worked on my communication skills

Teammates are supportive and work culture was good, environment was good company policies are good appraisal are fair . It was good experience with Athena BPO working there.

Dislikes

There is no cafeteria there not giving any bonuses to employee. There is a partiality ,politics are playing not convinient shifts are not given. Before giving shifts not informed to employeed in lockdown period also they are terrible. Here employeed was not treated well. There is no transportation facilities . Just they haven given only one month of work from job then you have

I liked the support which I was given by my Manager and TL apart from that work lifestyle is okish

The job timing was an real big issue as in shifts are of 9 hrs but regards to the companies policy shift will be of 10 hrs.
