THere are plenty. First the management is 200% negligent of the employees's well being. High work pressure. Too much toxicity. Every month the Salary is delayed, the account guy is extrememy rude. They deduct slalary if you are even 2 mins late. Work from home means half day salary cut. please don't join.

Since its owned by 3 individuals there is no company culture and the management runs its own show. Forget your personal life. Secondly its run by different lobbies and favouritism is there for sure. There are 2 business heads but i would like to mention one of them specifically who is particularly focused towards getting women in his team. He is an old horse in the agency and is in the good books of Rohan tandon. Very very smart and cunning and doesn’t give a crap about being professional. His life is the agency and expects new hires to spend all day in the office 18 hrs a day..seven days a week. New hires wont have good relations with the creative team and he expects them to get work done fast through them. But the tricky part is that since he is an old horse, he gets work done through them fast and blames us for our incompetence. Creative team has its own lobby and if they have decided to target someone from the servicing team. He is done! There is no room for basic mistakes at all and they give zero pushbacks to clients and let them walk all over us. The agency doesnt care if you have wife and children and doesnt care if you are bloody sick. It’s purely dictatorial. Rajesh minocha, Rohan tandon and especially Harpal singh are running their own show and dont care about employee well being. Last but not the least, the business head is a smart cunning guy whose life revolves around booze, women and this agency so say bye bye to your personal life and your professional life. The Thing that I like here is that this is a great place for incubation, with great mentors and team to support. so if you want to do/learn something big and different then this is the place.

Dislikes

though it is a fluid work structure, some system is needed, and some new systems needs to be implemented relooked.
