Likes

Good work environment. Team matra and seniors are very supportive and politie with their juniors. There is a small cafeteria. Office policies are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow and poor.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
