Work culture is very good. They promote team building and family atmosphere at workplace. When at work you can feel at home.

Dislikes

Some times the multi tasking things become a barrier in day to day activities. Each and every person jas his/her responsibilities. Somewhere you are taken for granted.

Work Details

Till now a good experience Looking forward for better career geowth as well personal growth with exposure in the firm

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
