Their management is very disappointed to employees. So never try to do job in this company.

Dislikes

They have always funds problem. So many people is disappointed from managers and dont want to work here. They are always use you like bandhuaa majdur.

Very poor because i am handling two types of profile here and every they are giving you mentally pressure to leave the job immediately.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
