The company follows a strict dictator culture in the hierarchy. The employees have to regularly feed the egos of the mid and higher management to get even the minute credit. The growth and and you hard work's return depends on the moods of the managers and director. In a lot of cases they even rollback their offers 3-4 days before. If you are applying or getting an offer.... BE SAFE.
