Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee cab bookings and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of cab usage, driver details, and associated costs.
• Resolve any issues or complaints related to cab services promptly and efficiently.
• Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory, and distribution.
• Manage office maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with event planning and logistics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing cab services or transportation logistics (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
