An exciting opportunity is now open with our Batch Service Department for SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

We're looking for experienced Business Analysts with over 4+ years of experience in creating BRDs, FSDs, SOWs, planning and managing SDLC projects and teams.

• Overall total experience: 4+ years
• Qualification Computer graduate preferred
• Location : Vadodara only
• Industry type FinTech preferred
• Shift - US Shift (7.30pm to 5.00am)

Key Skills required:

1. Proficiency in building software specification documents and FSDs for applications/programms
2. Ability to understand project requirements and briefs to build workflows and documentation required to build the solution
3. Clear understanding of SDLC concepts and best practices
4. Strong understanding of web applications, websites, data warehousing and related technology solutions

KRAs includes:

1. Understanding tasks and creating BRDs
2. Creating Functional Specification Documents
3. Understanding requirements as communicated by business stakeholders
4. Understanding stakeholder briefs clearly and propose suitable solutions in consultation with the team
5. Build the required project documentation, workflows and FSDs, SRS/SOWs in collaboration with the stakeholders for the project
6. Maintain the SRS documentation during the course of the project
7. Understand and manage change requests
8. Develop and actively collaborate with project managers and the team on plans and provide weekly status and tracking reporting on the health of the project.
9. Provide clear, consistent and timely messaging; both verbal and written; within the team and to technology and business leadership; facilitate effective and timely meetings
