As I joined American express I was happy and excited. But as the time moved things changed and I realised, what I heared was not real.The managers feel pleasure by adding insult to injury...and whatever your situation be they will ask you to explain it in meetings and will act like it's all Greek to them and are nitpicking .. And they always charade over the situations. They will always ask you to be famished for conversion of leads and will provide you with unconvetable leads and will make you lackadaisical.
