Dislikes

Kolkata division of Americal Express is extremely bad. The Zonal Manager Prasun does a lot of harassing to new joiners, experienced and using slang language in meeting when everybody is present there. No rules. Only fighting is left to happen. You can do whatever you like. Plus periodical layoffs. On month end period they will force you to remain in office upto 2 AM. Females please stay far away.

The pay structure was nice with the incentives and all it was awesome

Dislikes

The management had no heart. They were spine less only focussed on work and if someone isn't performing instead of helping them they used to shout and screamed
